How To Make a Recessed, Illuminated, Lazy Susan Hookah Table

Introduction
So, you watched our video and read our instructions on how to make an illuminated lazy susan table for your hookah? Did you think to yourself "that's about as cool as it gets?" Well you were wrong! In this tutorial we're going to take it a step further and suspend the bearing and platform several inches below the table top so your favorite hookah will be cradled safely inside your table for that extra support it needs when your friends and family are over. This one is in two video parts so be sure to watch the second one if you're interested in some cool edging techniques or battery mounting specifics.

In each of our videos I use different lights, bearings, batteries, grommets, etc. so you can see how they are all done. Feel free to watch all of our videos and mix and match the parts you like most.

Keep checking back 'cause we have a whole series of tutorials planned that each take these projects a step further - leading to the ultimate DIY project - a hookah jet pack (just kidding... about the jet pack).
